Background and Problem
This financial services company is a savings and loan holding company. They offer all the traditional services of a bank; however, concentrate on home loans as well. They were on a quest to find a partner who could provide a solution to improve their quarterly financial reports. A big concern was to shorten the time frame in getting the numbers to the shareholders while at the same time presenting the information in a more upbeat manner. Additionally, the ability to make the content available across different mediums and remove the burden of distribution would be a great benefit. The company found their solution with Holmes.

With years of financial printing business behind us and high security standards in place, we had the product offerings and services necessary to meet the company's goals.
Templates for the quarterly reports were created to automate the creation process, saving valuable time. The quarterly reports were given a themed look for each quarter. The piece was then repurposed to be available over the web as well as in print. A distribution itinerary was established to ensure the deadlines were met.
Benefit and Outcome
The company came to realize that less of their valuable internal resources were being utilized for this project and in the end were presenting a more professional and visually pleasing piece to their shareholders.
